Tom Baldwin's general corporate, commercial and securities practice encompasses the banking, loan, trust and securities areas of the financial sector. In the securities area, issuers represented include pooled invest ment entities such as investment trusts and partnerships, mortgage investment corporations and open and closed-end funds, as well as industrial and resource companies.
Supplemental to Tom's corporate and commercial legal skills is his continuing interest in industrial and technological matters. This know ledge enables him to collaborate effectively with a client's financial advisors in the practical as well as legal aspects of the due diligence review in business acquisition and financing transactions.
